In November last year I did my first SWEAT 1000 class. I was hooked from the first second. SWEAT 1000 has helped me to push myself further than I or any- one else ever thought I would be able to go. I ran my first 10km run in March without any running training. All it took was my SWEAT classes to make me fit and strong enough. Every class I do I push myself just that much further. By continuing with SWEAT I have absolutely no doubt that I will continue with my journey to be a fit and healthy mom and wife.

When I joined SWEAT 1000 I was looking for a way to physically challenge myself something other than a typical boring gym work out, I have never been a lover of “the gym”. What I get at SWEAT 1000 is unconventional, extremely challenging workout and most of all great fun. I love the fact that every class is different and works all parts of my body using interval training and alternating high and slightly less intensity exercise and at the same time burning calories … lots of calories!
To date I have lost 22kg
SWEAT 1000 has changed my life in such a short space of time, in ways I never dreamed where possible, I tried something new purely out of courtesy and with no expectations or intentions of a long term commitment. From my very first class I knew that this was something unique, that at the same time, was almost impossible yet so possible for anyone to do if only you try.
